The terms that apply when using our services.

Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to all services, offers and agreements of Five City Spa. By making a reservation, you agree to these terms.

Reservations

Reservations can be made online through our booking system. A reservation is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email. We recommend arriving 5 minutes before your appointment.

Cancellation

Free cancellation is possible up to 24 hours before the appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will be charged the full amount.

Payment

Payment is due immediately after the treatment. We accept debit cards, credit cards and cash. Gift vouchers are accepted at all our locations.

Gift vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid at all Five City Spa locations and can be redeemed for all massages and treatments. Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.

Liability

Five City Spa is not liable for loss, theft or damage of personal belongings. We advise not bringing valuable items.

Health

It is important that you inform us before the treatment about relevant health complaints, pregnancy, allergies or medication use. The therapist may refuse a treatment if medically advisable.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Utrecht.
